Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

STEP 1

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and salt until well combined.

STEP 2

Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the pork chops are well coated with the marinade. Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) to let the flavors infuse into the meat.

STEP 3

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. If using a stovetop grill pan, lightly grease it with cooking spray or a little oil to prevent sticking.

STEP 4

Remove the pork chops from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the marinade.

STEP 5

Grill the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the chops.

STEP 6

Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and added flavor.
