Grilled Pork Tenderloin with
Herb Marinade
INGREDIENTS
STEP 1
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
STEP 2
Place the pork in a ziplock bag, pour in the marinade, seal and refrigerate for 2+ hours (or overnight).
STEP 3
Preheat grill to medium-high.
STEP 4
Grill the pork for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temp is 63°C.
STEP 5
Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
