Creamy Mushroom & White Wine Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Deglaze with white wine, simmer until reduced by half.
  • Lower heat, stir in cream, and let it thicken for 2–3 minutes.
  • Season, garnish with parsley, and spoon generously over pork.

Enjoy with pork medallions or on a porky burger!
