Sweet & Tangy Apple Cider Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

  • In a saucepan, bring apple cider and chicken stock to a boil.
  • Reduce to a simmer until liquid is reduced by half.
  • Whisk in mustard and honey until smooth.
  • Turn off the heat, stir in butter, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Tip: Add a pinch of cinnamon for a warm fall twist.
