Garlic Herb Butter Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

  • Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in rosemary, thyme, and lemon juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and spoon over freshly grilled pork.
  • Tip: Add a splash of white wine for extra depth.
