INGREDIENTS
1 smoked ham (1.5–2 kg)
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 cup pineapple juice
Pineapple rings
Whole cloves
INSTRUCTIONS
Score the ham and stud with cloves.
Whisk sugar, honey, mustard & juice.
Brush over ham and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes, basting halfway.
Add pineapple rings for the final 10 minutes.
Slice and serve warm.
