Holiday Ham with Pineapple and Cloves

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 smoked ham (1.5–2 kg)

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 cup pineapple juice

  • Pineapple rings

  • Whole cloves

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Score the ham and stud with cloves.

  2. Whisk sugar, honey, mustard & juice.

  3. Brush over ham and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes, basting halfway.

  4. Add pineapple rings for the final 10 minutes.

  5. Slice and serve warm.
