INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (optional, for fluffiness)
  • 1 tbsp almond flour (optional, for texture)

STEP 1

Preheat a mini waffle maker and grease it lightly.

STEP 2

In a bowl, mix egg, cheese, bacon, and optional ingredients.

STEP 3

Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook until golden and crispy (3–5 mins).

STEP 4

Serve with butter, avocado, or a side of scrambled eggs!
