Pork Lettuce Wraps

Steynsburg pork

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g ground pork
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce

STEP 1

In a pan, brown the pork over medium heat.

STEP 2

Add garlic, ginger, carrot, and onions. Cook 5 mins.

STEP 3

Stir in soy sauce, simmer 2 more mins.

STEP 4

Spoon pork into lettuce leaves.

STEP 5

Garnish with lime juice or crushed peanuts.
