Pork & Peanut Butter Satay Skewers
INGREDIENTS
STEP 1
In a bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, garlic, and lime juice.
STEP 2
Add pork and marinate for at least 1 hour.
STEP 3
Thread pork onto skewers.
STEP 4
Grill or pan-fry for 8–10 minutes, turning regularly.
STEP 5
Serve with extra sauce or a cucumber side salad.
