Pork Belly with Caramel

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g pork belly
  • ¼ cup brewed espresso
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Score pork skin and season with salt.

STEP 2

Roast pork for 1 hour until crisp.

STEP 3

In a small pot, combine espresso, sugar, soy sauce, and garlic. Simmer to reduce.

STEP 4

Brush glaze over pork and roast for another 15 minutes.

STEP 5

Let rest, slice, and serve.
