Sweet & Tangy Apple Cider Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 cup apple cider
½ cup chicken stock
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

In a saucepan, bring apple cider and chicken stock to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer until liquid is reduced by half.
Whisk in mustard and honey until smooth.
Turn off the heat, stir in butter, and season with salt and pepper.
Tip: Add a pinch of cinnamon for a warm fall twist.
