Garlic Herb Butter Sauce
INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in rosemary, thyme, and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper, and spoon over freshly grilled pork.
Tip: Add a splash of white wine for extra depth.
