Honey Mustard Glaze, Sweet and tangy, perfect for pork tenderloin or ribs

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional for heat)

method

  • In a bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, vinegar, and spices until smooth.
  • Brush over pork during the last 10–15 minutes of cooking.
  • Serve extra sauce on the side for dipping.
  • Tip: For a thicker glaze, simmer gently for 3–4 minutes before using.
