Pork Sausage & Herb Stuffing

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g pork sausage meat

  • 2 cups breadcrumbs

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped

  • 1 tbsp thyme

  • 1 cup chicken stock

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup roasted chestnuts (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix sausage meat, breadcrumbs, onion, herbs, and chestnuts.

  2. Add stock and egg, then mix well.

  3. Spread into a baking dish.

  4. Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes until golden.
