Pork Sausage & Herb Stuffing
Serves: 6–8

INGREDIENTS
500 g pork sausage meat
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp thyme
1 cup chicken stock
1 egg
½ cup roasted chestnuts (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix sausage meat, breadcrumbs, onion, herbs, and chestnuts.
Add stock and egg, then mix well.
Spread into a baking dish.
Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes until golden.
