Pork Loin Roast with Apple Cider Gravy
Serves: 6 | Prep time: 10 min | Cook time: 1 hr
INGREDIENTS
1.5 kg pork loin
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp oil
1 cup apple cider
1 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
2 sprigs thyme
Instructions
Season pork and sear in hot oil.
Roast at 180°C for 1 hour.
Remove pork.
In the roasting tray, whisk flour into drippings.
Add cider, stock, thyme, and simmer until slightly thickened.
Strain and serve over slices of pork.
Enjoy your delicious meal!
