Pulled Pork Sliders with Cranberry BBQ Sauce

Serves: 10–12 sliders

Cook time: 6–8 hrs (slow cooker)

INGREDIENTS

  • For the pork:

    • 1.5–2 kg pork shoulder

    • 1 tsp paprika

    • 1 tsp garlic powder

    • Salt & pepper

    • 1 cup chicken stock

    For the cranberry BBQ sauce:

    • 1 cup BBQ sauce

    • ½ cup cranberry sauce

    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire

    • 1 tbsp brown sugar

    To serve:

    • Slider buns

    • Coleslaw

Instructions

  1. Rub pork with spices. Place in slow cooker with stock.
  2. Cook on low 6–8 hours until tender.

  3. Shred the meat.

  4. Mix BBQ sauce ingredients and heat gently.

  5. Toss pork in sauce.

  6. Serve on slider buns with crunchy slaw.
