Sticky Asian-Style Pork Ribs

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.2 kg pork ribs

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 cup soy sauce

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp ginger, grated

  • 2 tbsp garlic, crushed

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • Spring onions & sesame seeds for serving

Instructions

  1. Season ribs and wrap in foil. Bake at 160°C for 1.5 hrs.

  2. Mix soy, sugar, ginger, garlic, vinegar, and sesame oil.

  3. Brush over ribs and grill/broil 10–15 minutes until sticky.

  4. Finish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
