INGREDIENTS
1.2 kg pork ribs
Salt & pepper
1 cup soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp ginger, grated
2 tbsp garlic, crushed
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
Spring onions & sesame seeds for serving
Instructions
Season ribs and wrap in foil. Bake at 160°C for 1.5 hrs.
Mix soy, sugar, ginger, garlic, vinegar, and sesame oil.
Brush over ribs and grill/broil 10–15 minutes until sticky.
Finish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
