INGREDIENTS

  • Pork strips
  • Fresh ginger & garlic
  • Broccoli, peppers & mushrooms
  • Soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • Rice & cauliflower rice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Stir-fry pork in a hot pan.
  • Add veg, ginger & garlic.
  • Finish with a splash of soy. Cook fast, serve hot.
  • Perfect with: Rice or cauliflower rice
